History of Infamous Engram

Overview

An Infamous Engram is an engram in Destiny 2: Renegades that is guaranteed to contain an Infamous weapon. It is a reward from The Territory War Begins, a quest that becomes available after the Renegades campaign and starts at the Tharsis Cantina. The quest also pays 20 Dark Matter Ingots and 2,000 Credits.

The quest opens Syndicate progression in the Lawless Frontier, a three-player activity added in Renegades in which Guardians complete jobs for criminal syndicates on Europa, Mars and Venus. Players pick one of the Pikers, Totality Division or Tharsis Reformation syndicates, complete its Priority Contract, and deposit Dark Matter Ingots in its War Chest to raise standing.
