History of Inaugural Revelry Vest

Overview

Inaugural Revelry Vest is a Legendary Hunter armor piece (chest slot) from the Inaugural Revelry set, the armor of The Revelry, the 2019 seasonal event in Destiny 2 that ran April 16 to May 7, 2019. Each worn piece of event armor strengthens the Good Moods effect, boosting the cooldown reduction of the Reveler's Tonic (grenade, melee or class ability) equipped during the event. Sources say the bonus scales with how many pieces are worn.

Acquisition

• Dropped by bosses in the Verdant Forest event activity; sources say the chance increases as more bosses are defeated in a run.
• Powerful-reward versions are given by weekly bounties from Eva Levante.
• Event-only: it was available only during the 2019 Revelry, so it cannot be earned now unless the event returns. This is not a sunset or focusing item; no sources I opened mention either.
