History of Inaugural Address

Overview

Inaugural Address is a Legendary Void Pulse Rifle with the Adaptive Frame archetype, firing three-round bursts at 390 RPM with a 39-round magazine. Its flavor text is Emperor Calus's account of sending the Consul into the wasteland at the start of his reign, and it comes from the Leviathan Raid.

Curated perks per Destiny Game Wiki: Polygonal Rifling, Outlaw or Ambitious Assassin magazine, and the trait Kill Clip. Destinypedia also lists Fluted Barrel as an option, so the pairing of Outlaw and Kill Clip is the commonly noted strong roll.
