History of Inaugural Address

Overview

Inaugural Address is a Legendary Void Pulse Rifle with the Adaptive Frame archetype, firing three-round bursts at 390 RPM with a 39-round magazine. Its flavor text is Emperor Calus's account of sending the Consul into the wasteland at the start of his reign, and it comes from the Leviathan Raid.

The curated roll is Polygonal Rifling, Outlaw or Ambitious Assassin, and the trait Kill Clip. Fluted Barrel and Chambered Compensator are also barrel options, and Outlaw with Kill Clip is the usual strong pairing.

Acquisition

• Random drop from the Leviathan Raid.
• Raid Engram redemption with Benedict 99-40 in the Tower, or Clan Raid Engrams from Suraya Hawthorne.
• Not craftable, and has no Adept variant.
