History of Imperial Cavalry

Overview

Imperial Cavalry is a Triumph worth 15 points. It is earned by completing the Battleground: Behemoth introduction mission, the opening mission of Season of the Chosen on Nessus.

How to complete

1. Start Battleground: Behemoth. Commander Zavala sends the Guardian and their fireteam to Arcadian Valley to investigate the new Cabal presence on Nessus.
2. Clear The Tangle: defeat the Thresher ship and collect three access keys from the Keymasters, then deposit them at the terminal.
3. Clear Watcher's Grave: destroy three generators by throwing power cells dropped by Unstable Incendiors.
4. Defeat Commander Dracus in the Rite of Proving to complete the mission.

Tips

• Dracus's shotgun can one-shot Guardians, so fight at mid to long range and use rocks and high ground for cover.
• Stay back in The Tangle to avoid the drop pods.
• Do not stand close to a generator when throwing power cells, or you will hurt yourself.
• Clear the Champions to remove the boss's immunity before the final phase.

Availability

The mission was originally part of the Battlegrounds playlist. It can now only be reached through Vanguard Ops, where it appears as a randomly chosen Strike.
