III — Xivu Arath — Battlesong is a Triumph in Destiny 2 that reveals a verse in the Sororicide book, added in Season of the Witch in October 2023. The verse (filed as Verse 8:3, "The Adherent") is spoken by Xivu Arath, the God of Many Shapes.

Xivu Arath presents itself through several aspects. Silence is tied to violence and the stillness after death. Logic is tied to a truth taken from the worm god Akka. Life is seen as strengthened by testing and by removing weakness. Love is tied to a final gathering where beings are seen in their true forms. The verse closes with Xivu Arath claiming to be the last surviving sibling, destined to remain as the end when all else has ended.
