History of Hullabaloo

Hullabaloo is a Legendary Arc Grenade Launcher with a Compressed Wave Frame (120 RPM, heavy ammo), a Guardian Games weapon.

Overview

Compressed Wave Frame launchers fire a wave of energy that has to be shot at the floor to work, which makes it poor against many endgame bosses. Recommended PvE rolls pair Envious Arsenal (or Voltshot) with One for All (or Chain Reaction); for Crucible, Impulse Amplifier with Chain Reaction.

Acquisition

Returned for Guardian Games 2025 with a refreshed perk pool. Weapon drops are guaranteed for completing at least three encounters of the Rushdown activity, and higher scores on Standard and Expert difficulty improve the chance of extra perks. It is also tied to the Best in Class quest from Eva Levante. It is an event weapon and cannot be crafted.
