Overview

Howl of the Storm is a Stasis Aspect for the Titan Behemoth subclass. While sliding, a charged melee launches a Stasis wave that freezes targets and creates Stasis crystals. It provides two fragment slots.

Bungie reported that the Aspect was temporarily disabled on 2026-06-11, then fixed an issue with its freeze type against boss combatants in patch 9.7.0.1 on 2026-06-16. Those dated notes establish the bug and fix, not its live availability today.
