History of Honor's Edge

Overview

Honor's Edge is a Legendary Sword that deals Arc damage. It is an Adaptive Frame sword aligned with New Monarchy, with the flavor quote "Good leadership requires discernment" attributed to Executor Hideo. The curated roll offers Tempered Edge or Jagged Edge, Burst Guard or Enduring Guard, and the trait En Garde, which Destinypedia describes as bonus damage on quick attacks right after swapping to the sword. Random rolls can also include Tireless Blade, Relentless Strikes, Flash Counter and Surrounded.

Acquisition

• Destinypedia says it was awarded through a Faction Rally by Executor Hideo of New Monarchy.
• Destiny Game Wiki lists it as an engram and faction rank-up package drop (Legendary Engram), a possible drop from Dares of Eternity, and an occasional Xûr sale, and gives its introduction as Season 10. The two sources describe different eras, so current availability is unclear.
• Neither source states whether it is craftable, Adept, or sunset.
