History of Hoarfrost-Z

Hoarfrost-Z is an Exotic chest armor piece for Titans, introduced with Destiny 2: The Witch Queen (Season 16).

Overview

Its exotic perk, Glacial Fortification, works with the Stasis subclass: the Titan's Barricade becomes a wall of Stasis crystals that slows nearby targets when created, and you and your allies standing behind it get increased weapon reload speed, stability and range. Its in-game flavor text is by Alexei of Häkke, musing on whether Ghosts choose who they resurrect.

Acquisition

• Rare drop from Legend and Master difficulty Lost Sectors (Destinypedia, search summaries).
• Once dropped, it can be re-acquired from the Collections / Exotic armor focusing (the game lists its source as "Exotic Armor Focusing").
