Hip-Fire Grip is a weapon trait that "increases accuracy, stability, and precision hit targeting when firing from the hip" (Destiny Game Wiki).

Effect

Per Shard or Keep, while hip-firing it grants +25 Stability and +15 Aim Assist, 30% decreased accuracy cone size, 20% increased aim-assist falloff distance, 20% increased damage falloff distance (not on The Last Word, Shotguns, Sniper Rifles or Fusion Rifles) and a 2.7 degree wider precision aim cone.
