History of Heroic Public Event

A Heroic Public Event is a Public Event that can be made harder by completing its secondary objective during the event, awarding better rewards. Public events occur in open zones across destinations and are shared by nearby Guardians; heroic versions are a staple of patrol space activity, as seen with weapons like Foetracer. Details of the trigger vary by event.
