History of Heat Sink

Heat Sink reduces overheat damage while you are not aiming down sights. The reduction applies only while you fire from the hip, so it helps hip-fire play on a hot weapon. Aiming down sights gives no reduction from this trait.

It is a trait on Tommy's Matchbook in the game data, so you need that weapon to use it.
