History of Heat Sink

Overview

Heat Sink reduces overheat damage while you aren't aiming down sights. It's a trait on Tommy's Matchbook, so the reduction only applies while you fire from the hip. Overheat is the damage a weapon takes when it overheats, so the trait softens the cost of hip-firing a hot weapon.
