History of Hathrek, the Glasweard

Overview

Hathrek, the Glasweard is a Hive Lightbearer wizard and the boss of the Extraction Lost Sector in Savathûn's Throne World. The Destinypedia page lists her faction as the Lucent Brood.

Location

Extraction is reached through the Quagmire area. Several Hive summoning plates in the earlier arena must be captured to remove the rune spell blocking the boss room.

Fight

Hathrek throws Pulse Grenades and summons Healing Rifts to recover health. Once her energy is full she enters Stormtrance. As a Lightbearer, she revives unless her Ghost is destroyed as well. Hive reinforcements join in the final room. Defeating her and her Ghost opens the Lost Sector cache.

Trivia

During the Into the Depths seasonal story quest, the Drifter specifically targets Hathrek's Ghost. The reason is never stated.
