History of H.E.L.M.

Overview

The H.E.L.M. (Hub for Emergency Logistics and Maneuvers) is a Vanguard operations outpost aboard a large ship, first docked at the Last City. It opened after the Black Fleet arrived and is where seasonal vendors are reached through different wings, as in Season of the Chosen.

Features

It holds the War Table, the Umbral Decoder (taken from the Drifter) for Umbral Engrams, vault access, and a terminal for reacquiring quests. Past wings included the Eliksni Wing, Awoken Wing, Psiorium Wing and the Crown of Sorrow Quarantine Wing. In Episode: Echoes it was still the main seasonal hub, and Arena: Breach Executable rewards can be focused there.
