History of Guardian of the Black Armory

Overview

Guardian of the Black Armory is a Triumph in Destiny 2. It asks for six special Black Armory bounties and is one of the triumphs that feed the Black Armory seal, which unlocks the Blacksmith title.

How to complete

The rare Black Armory bounties come only from Ada-1, and sources describe them as extraordinarily rare. Ada-1's daily and weekly bounties both count toward the Black Armory Bounty Hunter triumph, so every Ada-1 bounty you finish helps both.

1. Open the bounty board from Ada-1 and check for the special Black Armory bounties each reset.
2. Complete every Ada-1 bounty you are offered, daily and weekly, since the rare ones only appear in that rotation.
3. Track the count on the triumph until it reads six completions.

Tip: Black Armory Bounty Hunter needs 30 Ada-1 completions, so running Ada-1 bounties on all three characters can finish that triumph in about two days. The guide that gives this figure dates from 2020, so the bounty rates and reset rules may have changed since.
