Overview
A mission in Hellas Basin on Mars: a blitz of the Braytech Futurescape campus to repossess fragments of the submind Charlemagne's code. It is the Grandmaster version of the Heist Battleground: Mars activity. It is a Grandmaster-difficulty Conquest mission, played from the seasonal hub in The Portal as part of the Monument of Triumph content. The six Grandmaster Conquests are Grandmaster Conquest: Arms Dealer, Grandmaster Conquest: Defiant EDZ, Grandmaster Conquest: Disgraced, Grandmaster Conquest: Heist Mars, Grandmaster Conquest: Heliostat and Grandmaster Conquest: Scarlet Keep.
Power and difficulty
Grandmaster Conquests are fixed, hand-configured activities with Champions (Barrier, Overload and Unstoppable can all appear), limited revives with Extinguish, Surges and a Power disadvantage. One guide puts GM Conquests around 390-410 Power with 410+ recommended; other listings give higher per-mission Power, so check the in-game recommended Power. Per GameRant's guide it has three parts: an opening area (Zones A, B and C of yellow-bar enemies), a door-defense horde section, and a boss room fight against Kelgorath with adds. Unstoppable and Anti-Barrier Champions appear and should be killed quickly. GameRant recommends ability-spam builds such as Solar Warlock with Starfire Protocol. Note that guide covers the earlier Season of the Seraph Grandmaster Nightfall version, so details may differ from the Conquest.
Rewards
A first clear gives a one-time Tier 5 engram. Clears count toward the Grand Conqueror triumph (four GM Conquest clears) for the Conqueror seal, and the seal can be gilded each season by re-clearing that season's Grandmaster Conquests.
Related triumphs
Undeniable Grandeur (one GM clear) and Grand Conqueror (four GM clears).
