Gourd Grenade

Overview

Gourd Grenade is the name the Red Rum(ble) game description gives to the explosive pumpkins that Headless Ones drop during Festival of the Lost. In-game they are called pumpkin charges.

Use

A Headless One is damaged to make it drop candy, ability-recharging motes, pumpkin charges and ammo. When one is killed, it drops a Scythe that anyone can pick up. Players pick up a charge, use the Headless One's shockwave to move away quickly, and then throw it at targets. Kills with a charge are worth 2 points, against 1 point for a regular kill. Throwing one too close can cause recoil damage that kills the thrower.
