History of Golden Age Gifts

Overview

Golden Age Gifts is a Triumph in Destiny 2 from the Ash & Iron update. Its single objective is to earn six buffs in Reclaim by securing Golden Age technology, and the counter reads “Buffs earned (0/6).”

Golden Age technology comes from the Golden Age, when the Traveler taught humanity new powers and technologies. The Reclaim activities hold it as Golden Age Salvage, which replaced the Data Pads of The Edge of Fate.

How to complete

Run Reclaim activities and secure the Golden Age Salvage spots. The locations are grouped into sets, so check which set is active this week.

1. Lord's Watch (Set 1): past the scrap and crates, head to the large junk pile. A marker reveals the salvage around the scrap.
2. Giant's Husk (Set 1): from the starting point, go to the structure ahead, clear the enemies or rush in, and grab the salvage once inside.
3. Archon's Keep in Cabal's Watch (Set 2): it is the first area you spawn in. Go to the far end and enter the round structure near the red glyph light. The salvage sits at the end, in front of a doorway.
4. The Divide (Set 2): often the second area of Fallen Bunker. After you cross, take the path to the right and keep going along the edge. The data pad is on the ground.
5. Bunker Triglav in Conductor's Keep (Set 3): keep pushing until you can take the path to the right into a structure. Go inside and jump onto the platform on your right.
6. Rocketyard in Fallen Bunker (Set 3): usually the third area. Go to the open structure in the centre, turn right once inside, and look at the side for the salvage. It is marked when you get close.

Tips:

• You may not be able to spawn directly at a salvage spot. Progress through the activity first, then return to the spot.
• Watch for the marker. The salvage is hard to see until you are close.
• Each secured item counts toward the six-buff total, so plan a few Reclaim runs across the week.
