History of Ghost Fragments

Ghost Fragments were a Tangled Shore currency introduced with Forsaken used to buy Spider’s WANTED bounties. They could be found in Tangled Shore loot caches; the item description called them fragments of dead Ghosts coveted by Spider.

Bungie deprecated Ghost Fragments and removed them from player inventories with the Year 5 update on February 22, 2022, alongside Tangled Shore content entering the Destiny Content Vault.
