History of Getaway Artist

Getaway Artist are Exotic Warlock gauntlets themed around Arc grenades.

Overview

Its exotic perk, Dynamic Duo, consumes your Arc Grenade to make you amplified and converts the grenade into a supercharged Arc Soul, an autonomous turret that fights alongside you. The flavor text is "Keep the engine running." Destinypedia lists its introduction as the Season of the Drifter era ("Joker's Wild"); sources disagree on the exact season, so treat that as unconfirmed.

Acquisition

• Random Exotic engrams opened with Master Rahool in the Tower; the knockout system means each duplicate you receive is removed from the pool.
• Sold by Xûr, Agent of the Nine.
• Once unlocked, it can be targeted through exotic armor focusing at Rahool.
