History of Gensym Knight Strides

Overview

Gensym Knight Strides are Legendary tier Leg Armor for the Hunter class in the Armor category. They are the Hunter legs of the Gensym Knight Armor Set, which also has pieces for Titan and Warlock. Its flavor text reads: "Congratulations on finding your true calling in life. You have been an… adequate assistant." —Asher Mir

Acquisition

Asher Mir on Io sells the set's pieces. Destinypedia lists a price of 15–25 Legendary Shards and 10 Io Tokens per piece. The pieces can also drop randomly from Flashpoints and Io Engrams. Under the older XP system, Asher gave the armor at level 20.

Some listings name Xûr as the vendor, but the wiki and Destinypedia place the set with Asher Mir on Io.
