History of Gensym Knight Plate

Overview

The Gensym Knight Plate is a Legendary tier Chest Armor piece for the Titan class in the Armor category. It is the Titan chest of the Gensym Knight Armor Set, which also has pieces for Hunter and Warlock. Its flavor text reads: "Have you ever considered that the Traveler might be just as chaotic and arbitrary as everything else?" —Asher Mir

Acquisition

Asher Mir on Io sells the set's pieces. Destinypedia lists a price of 15–25 Legendary Shards and 10 Io Tokens per piece. The pieces can also drop randomly from Flashpoints and Io Engrams. Under the older XP system, Asher gave the armor at level 20.

Some listings name Xûr as the vendor, but the wiki and Destinypedia place the set with Asher Mir on Io.
