History of Gensym Knight Mark

Overview

The Gensym Knight Mark is a Legendary Titan Armor class item, a Mark. It is part of the Gensym Knight Armor Set, with matching Titan pieces Gensym Knight Helm, Gensym Knight Gauntlets, Gensym Knight Plate and Gensym Knight Greaves. Its flavor text reads: "Remember, the universe is a chaotic system. This frippery won't protect you from the continuum." —Asher Mir

Acquisition

Asher Mir on Io sells the set's pieces. Destinypedia lists a price of 15–25 Legendary Shards and 10 Io Tokens per piece. The pieces can also drop randomly from Flashpoints and Io Engrams. Under the older XP system, Asher gave the armor at level 20.

Some listings name Xûr as the vendor, but the wiki and Destinypedia place the set with Asher Mir on Io.
