History of Gensym Knight Hood

Overview

The Gensym Knight Hood is a Legendary tier Helmet belonging to the Armor category for the Warlock class. It is the Warlock helm of the Gensym Knight Armor Set, which also has pieces for Hunter and Titan. The set's property focuses on improved recovery with a balance of mobility and resilience. Its flavor text reads: "I have no use for mawkish sentimentality. What I do need is an assistant who stays alive as often as possible." —Asher Mir

Acquisition

Asher Mir on Io sells the set's pieces. Destinypedia lists a price of 15–25 Legendary Shards and 10 Io Tokens per piece. The pieces can also drop randomly from Flashpoints and Io Engrams. Under the older XP system, Asher gave the armor at level 20.

Some listings name Xûr as the vendor, but the wiki and Destinypedia place the set with Asher Mir on Io.
