History of Gensym Knight Cuirass

Overview

Gensym Knight Cuirass is a Legendary Hunter Chest Armor from the Gensym Knight Suit, a base-game Legendary armor set with Hunter, Titan and Warlock versions. It carries the Survivalist Hunter Armor intrinsic. Its pieces have no randomized rolls.

The flavor text reads:

> "Have you ever considered that the Traveler might be just as chaotic and arbitrary as everything else?" —Asher Mir

Acquisition

Pieces of the Gensym Knight Suit are sold by Asher Mir on Io for Legendary Shards and Io Tokens, and can be acquired one at a time. Under the former XP system, Asher gave players this armor at level 20. Some listings also credit Xûr as a source for this piece. Because the armor has no randomized rolls, it can be reacquired from the Vault.
