History of Gambit, in Its Prime

Overview

Gambit, in Its Prime is a six-step Legendary quest from The Drifter in Season of the Drifter (Season 6). This is a historical guide to the Gambit Prime and The Reckoning era. Bungie records the Season of the Drifter narrative as vaulted with Year 4 on November 10, 2020, and says Gambit Prime was merged into Gambit at that time; this page does not claim the old quest or its activities are currently available.

Walkthrough

1. Acquire a Gambit Prime Bounty from the Drifter.
2. Complete a Gambit Prime bounty.
3. Visit the Drifter in the Tower.
4. Use the Synthesizer to create a Mote from Synths earned in Gambit Prime.
5. Visit the Derelict and complete a successful The Reckoning run with the synthesized Mote wagered.
6. Return to the Drifter in the Tower.
