History of Forges Afield

Overview

Forges Afield is a legacy Triumph in Destiny 2 tied to the Black Armory forge. It asks you to forge weapons using Black Armory frames or research frames. A 2019 triumph list gives the requirement as 10 forges.

How to complete

1. Unlock the forges. The Black Armory quest is started with Ada-1 in The Tower. Ada-1 sells the weapon frames.
2. Get a weapon frame, either from Ada-1 or from a research frame.
3. Take the frame to a Black Armory forge in the EDZ. Four forges change each day, and each is entered from the Black Armory icon on the EDZ map.
4. Forge weapons until you have 10 forges counted toward the triumph.

Tips

• The forges are the same activity with different enemies, so pick whichever forge is easiest for your build.
• Sources are from 2019 and 2020, so the frame costs and forge schedule may have changed.
