History of Flawless Taken Impasse

Overview

Flawless Taken Impasse is a Triumph in Destiny 2. The objective requires the Guardian to defeat 40 Taken enemies within the Impasse zone of the Pale Heart. The eliminations must occur during a single life. The objective is tracked as “Taken (0/40)”.

The Impasse is one of the Pale Heart's main landing zones. It unlocks after you finish the Iconoclasm mission, and it is connected to The Divide, The Abscess, The Broken Deep and The Transgression.

How to complete

1. Reach The Impasse in the Pale Heart after finishing Iconoclasm.
2. Fight the Taken there. The Impasse is also one of three Overthrow zones, so an Overthrow event gives you many enemies in one place. Clear the adds early to keep the numbers down.
3. Reach 40 Taken kills within one life. Dying or leaving the activity before the 40th kill resets progress.
4. Watch for falls. Slow your fall after exiting Taken portals, since heavy fall damage can end a life.
