History of Flash and Thunder

Overview

Flash and Thunder is a Legendary Arc Grenade Launcher from the launch-era EDZ faction rewards. It uses a Lightweight Frame (handling 69, reload 71, blast radius 55, 90 RPM) in the Energy slot. The curated roll is Linear Compensator, Disorienting Grenades and Field Prep.

Acquisition

Earned by completing activities and ranking up with Devrim Kay in the EDZ: it comes from EDZ Engrams, and the D2 Wiki also lists Gunsmith Engrams, Legendary Engrams and direct purchase from Devrim with EDZ Tokens and Legendary Shards. It is a Season 1 (Year 1) weapon, and the wiki reports no reissue. Devrim no longer sells sunset weapons since his reputation system was removed.
