History of Fists of Havoc

Fists of Havoc is the Arc Super for the Titan Striker subclass. Its light attack charges forward; its heavy attack slams the ground, damaging and blinding nearby targets and leaving aftershocks. The 2023 tuning reduced attack energy costs, increased heavy-attack PvE damage, and added the blind effect.
