History of Fireteam Finder

The Fireteam Finder is Destiny 2's in-game group-finding tool, an official alternative to third-party LFG sites for forming a Fireteam without matchmaking. Destiny Game Wiki says it debuted in Season 23.

Use

Open the Director, go to the Roster tab and select Fireteam Finder (also via the Find button on activity screens). You can Search listings (filter by platform, language, raid encounter) or Create one with requirements and tags such as "Teaching" or "KWTD". Applying leads to a lobby invite.

Requirements

Guardian Rank 5 and acceptance of the one-time Guardian's Oath, both account-wide.
