History of Firebase Airfield

Firebase Airfield is a location on Earth in the European Dead Zone, within the Echion Vae area. It is one of the areas connected to Echion Vae, alongside the Sunken Isles and Echion Hold. It is accessible during the strike The Arms Dealer, where Bracus Zahn is confronted. The location first appeared in Destiny 2 and returns in Lightfall.

The area is private, with no public events or patrol beacons. Its hostile factions are the Red Legion and, in Lightfall, the Shadow Legion, along with the Cabal and Fallen.
