History of Field of Light

Overview

Field of Light is a buff used in the Root of Nightmares raid. It is the Cataclysm (first encounter) challenge, Illuminated Torment.

Whoever slays a Tormentor must have the Field of Light buff to complete the challenge. One approach is to bring the Tormentor to about 15% health, then have one player gain the buff before landing the killing blow.

Raid challenges in Root of Nightmares rotate weekly.
