History of Felwinter's Helm

Felwinter's Helm is an Exotic Warlock helmet that returns the look of Lord Felwinter's armor, introduced in Season of the Worthy.

Overview

• Slot/class: Helmet, Warlock.
• Intrinsic perk – Warlord's End: Arc, Solar and Void melee kills create a burst of energy that weakens nearby enemies. Finishers and kills against more powerful enemies increase the burst's radius and the weakening duration. Destinypedia notes an update in Season of the Wish strengthened the effect against standard targets while keeping the maximum for boss finishers.

Acquisition

• Exotic engrams and extremely rare world drops.
• Sold by Xûr when he stocks it (reported by Destinypedia and Twinfinite-era guides; stock rotates).
• Re-rolled through Exotic Armor Focusing after it has been collected.

Trivia

Lore says Felwinter fitted a half-dead Ghost into the back of the armor; the Iron Lords demanded he remove it and he agreed, but "he never did."
