History of Feeding Frenzy

Feeding Frenzy is a weapon perk that increases reload speed after kills.

Effect

Each kill with the weapon grants a stack that boosts reload speed for a short time, up to 5 stacks; at 5 stacks the bonus is +100 Reload Speed (a 0.8x reload duration multiplier, per the Destiny 2 Wiki). The Destiny 2 Wiki lists +10/+45/+55/+70/+100 for 1-5 stacks. A light.gg-based search summary instead lists +8/+50/+60/+75/+100 with a 3.5 second stack duration and a slightly stronger Enhanced version; sources disagree on the low-stack numbers and may reflect different patches.

History

Per the Destiny 2 Wiki, patch 2.9.0 reworked the perk to reward consecutive kills with progressive stacks, and 2.5.2 fixed it applying to unintended weapons. It appears on the weapon Triple Laureate.
