History of Fan Fire

Overview

Fan Fire is the exotic intrinsic on The Last Word, a Hand Cannon. It is built for hip fire. Each precision hit fired from the hip adds a stack of Fan Fire that lasts a few seconds, up to four stacks. Each stack increases Reload Speed and tightens the accuracy cone. Hip-fired precision hits also deal bonus damage.

Stacks are cleared by reloading or aiming down sights, so the buff is lost if you switch to ADS mid-fight.

History

• The Game Post reported a Season 10 change that adjusts the precision scalar while hip firing. Check the current in-game numbers, since the change predates later updates.
