History of Faction Wars

The Faction Wars were a series of early conflicts among factions in the Last City. The fighting threatened the City's survival and ended when a gathering of Guardians intervened. In the peace that followed, the Consensus and Speaker governed together, while surviving factions pursued their agendas through civil channels.
