Acquisition

Seasonal weapon of Episode: Heresy. It can drop from the The Nether activity and from Court of Blades, and can be focused at the Tome of Want using Scriptures. Sources disagree on exact drop sources (one guide lists it as a Xûr offering, another as a Nether/Court of Blades and Tome of Want drop), so check in game. It is not craftable (Weapon crafting). Per TheGamer, all seasonal Heresy weapons are non-craftable and obtainable via The Nether and the Tome of Want.
