History of Expert Conquest

Overview

Expert Conquest is a Triumph in Destiny 2 that requires completing an Expert difficulty Conquest from the Seasonal Hub. The triumph's data lists its progress as a single "Progress" objective. Expert Conquest was re-enabled for Guardian Ranks after being disabled, and it is a required step for reaching Guardian Rank 6 (2025 report).

The Conqueror seal is separate: its triumphs are Nightfall-based, so Expert Conquest is not part of that title.

How to complete

1. Open the Portal menu and select the Seasonal Hub from the Open Portal tab.
2. In the Seasonal Hub, choose Play Now on the left side to list the current Conquests.
3. Start one of the Expert difficulty Conquests. The list changes each season.
4. Complete the Expert Conquest to earn the triumph.

Tip: Expert Conquests have a weekly lockout, so choose the one you want for the week before starting. Expert difficulty has a Power gate, so check your Power level against the Conquest before launching.
