History of Exodus Down

Exodus Down is a Legendary armor set made from repurposed Exodus Black crew flight suits, with code by Failsafe. Per Destinypedia the base game set comes from Failsafe on Nessus. The task note lists a version from the Chalice of Opulence in The Menagerie (Season of Opulence) that sources here did not confirm.
