History of Exhausted

Overview

Exhausted is the follow-up debuff to Encumbered in the Astral Alignment battery encounter. When the Encumbered timer expires, the carrier drops the battery and cannot pick up another until Exhausted expires. This forces a handoff or defense rotation.

It refers to the named battery-carry state in the legacy activity, not general fatigue.
