History of Exhausted

Exhausted is the follow-up debuff to Encumbered in the Astral Alignment battery encounter. When the Encumbered timer expires, the carrier drops the battery and cannot pick up another until Exhausted expires. This forces a handoff or defense rotation. Reported durations differ between 2021-era guides, so no fixed timer is given here.

This is the battery-carry state in the legacy activity, not general fatigue.
