Excavation Site XII Flawless Solo Mastery is a Triumph in Destiny 2. It is earned by completing the Excavation Site XII Lost Sector on Master difficulty, solo and flawlessly, as the triumph description states. It awards 5 score. It is the flawless version of Excavation Site XII Solo Mastery.

The Lost Sector is on Earth in the European Dead Zone, at Firebase Hades. Enter it on Master with no fireteam.

Keep the run flawless. Master uses Limited Revives, so a Guardian death is the main risk to the run. Revives come from defeating Champions.
Take the Master modifiers into account. These are the Legend modifiers plus Scorched Earth, so enemies throw grenades much more often.
Bring a build that can stun Unstoppable Champions. Riptide with Chill Clip can freeze and stun them, and a Solar Scout Rifle helps against Unstoppables.
Kill the Barrier Champion before it uses its barrier. Use a grenade and a heavy together, and an Arbalest or Lament works well against barriers.
Spend one Gjallarhorn shot per Champion and keep the rest for the boss.
In the cave, stun the Unstoppable Incendior when its antlers glow red and finish it with a heavy.
On the bridge, do not kill the non-Champion enemies, since killing enough of them spawns the boss and its allies. Make both Barrier Colossi project shields at once, break both, then focus one.
In the boss room, kill the Nightmare enemy beside the boss first. Break the Colossus's Arc shield, and take cover during its rocket barrages.

Loadouts shift with the weekly Surge. Solar weeks favour Solar subclasses, Void weeks favour Void.
