History of Exalted Truth (Adept)

Overview

Exalted Truth (Adept) is the Adept version of Exalted Truth, a Legendary Void Hand Cannon made by SUROS with an Adaptive Frame (140 RPM, 11-round magazine; 85 Impact, 58 Stability, 55 Handling, 50 Range). Introduced in Season of the Seraph. Flavor text: "It's the end of the world. We don't have another choice." (Ikora Rey).

Acquisition

The Adept version of Exalted Truth is a harder-to-get variant from the Trials of Osiris loot pool. It is earned by a Flawless run (seven consecutive wins) to the Lighthouse and opening the Flawless chest there. Later seasons also let players focus Trials engrams with Saint-14 to get rolls of Adept weapons already earned. It was available to players who went Flawless before Season of the Witch. Adept weapons take a special set of Adept mods and masterworking gives bonus stats beyond the masterwork's focus; see Adept weapons. Adept weapons dropped after Season of the Splicer also carry the Celerity perk. Availability changes by season.
