Eutechnology is a Legendary Void armor set for Hunter, Titan and Warlock. It is listed as a Season 29 set and is focused through Commander Zavala after ranking up the Vanguard playlist. Its two set bonuses are both built around Void energy and Void weapons.
Overview
Eutechnology has 15 pieces, five per class, and each class uses the same five slots:
- Hunter: Eutechnology Cowl (helmet), Eutechnology Sleeves (gauntlets), Eutechnology Strides (leg armor), Eutechnology Vest (chest armor), Eutechnology Cloak (class item).
- Titan: Eutechnology Helm (helmet), Eutechnology Gauntlets (gauntlets), Eutechnology Greaves (leg armor), Eutechnology Plate (chest armor), Eutechnology Mark (class item).
- Warlock: Eutechnology Cover (helmet), Eutechnology Gloves (gauntlets), Eutechnology Boots (leg armor), Eutechnology Robes (chest armor), Eutechnology Bond (class item).
The element is Void, so the set suits builds that generate and spend Void energy.
Acquisition
The set is obtained by ranking up the Vanguard playlist and then spending Vanguard engrams to focus armor with Commander Zavala.
Set bonuses
- 2 pieces, Gift of the Ley Lines: rapidly defeating combatants with Void energy spawns a Void breach. Breaches come from defeating enemies quickly with Void energy.
- 4 pieces, Techeun's Foresight: after you collect a Void breach, your next final blow with a Void weapon triggers a detonation. The detonation is stronger if you trigger it soon after collecting the breach, so pick up a breach and finish a target quickly.
Builds and synergies
The 4-piece bonus needs four of the five pieces, which leaves one slot free for an Exotic armor piece. The set pairs naturally with Void subclasses and Void weapons that get final blows, since the detonation requires a Void final blow after a breach.
