History of Erebus

Overview

Erebus is an area of the Shattered Throne dungeon. During the Hunter's Remembrance quest for the Wish-Ender exotic bow, a Taken Minotaur in Erebus is one of three powerful Taken targets, alongside a Captain in The Descent and an Ogre in Eleusinia. Defeating each one purifies one of the Awoken mementos that the quest's final step requires.

The Erebus Minotaur only spawns after a relic is charged, sometimes after two, and sometimes during a boss fight.
