History of Encumbered

Overview

Encumbered is the timed movement debuff applied while carrying batteries in the Astral Alignment battery encounter. It slows the carrier. When its timer expires, the carrier drops the battery and becomes Exhausted, temporarily unable to pick up another battery. Teams can treat the carry as a relay: other players take over when the current carrier is Exhausted, while the rest defend and use the carrier's Suppressor aura against the shielded bosses.
