History of Empowered Decryption Core

The Empowered Decryption Core is the quest item bought from the Lectern of Enchantment for 30 Phantasmal Fragments in Divine Fragmentation. It is scanned in a secret tunnel in the Garden of Salvation raid, which starts the puzzles.

The Garden of Salvation step requires solving seven tethering puzzles during one raid run with a full group. Solving them all opens a secret chest at the end of the raid that awards Divinity and completes the quest. Players without the quest can help with the puzzles but get no reward.
